Made fresh every morning, we combine red cabbage, green cabbage, carrots, radish, spring onions & parsley to create a delicious tasting and ready-to-go salad! A must over summer for BBQs, jacket potatoes and more!
How do we make sure we provide top quality coleslaw?
We usually source most of the vegetables directly from our farm. This means that we are able to quality assure the whole process – from planting, growing, harvesting to preparing! Most importantly, it means that the salad is made with high-quality and fresh tasting ingredients. We use stringent criteria to select every ingredient, and combine them in just the right quantities to make tasty and nutritious coleslaw!
Where do we source our coleslaw from?
Most of the vegetables in the coleslaw are sourced directly from our farm, and the coleslaw is made fresh every day in our shop!
What is the best way to keep coleslaw?
Coleslaw stores best in the refrigerator crisper, in an airtight plastic bag. Optimal storage conditions are around 4°C.

The nutritional benefits of coleslaw are a sum of its parts - vitamin C, dietary fibre, and folate from the varieties of cabbage, beta-carotene from the carrots, and vitamin K from the parsley!

Add a little mayonnaise and pepper for taste. You can serve this salad as a side, or packed into a baked potato!
