Also known as Bean sprouts or Chinese Mung Beans, bean shoots are one of the most concentrated natural sources of amino acids, enzymes, proteins, minerals, trace elements and vitamins on earth – nature’s vitamin pills! Add them to your salads, stir-fries, soups or sandwiches, for a boost to your overall health!

How do we make sure we provide top quality bean shoots?

We only supply bean sprouts if they are fresh and crisp in appearance, with no signs of moisture or softness.

Bean sprouts are best stored in the fridge (optimal storage conditions are at 0oC and 90%-100% relative humidity). Keep them in the plastic container they came in, or otherwise in an airtight plastic bag in the refrigerator crisper.
